Hi friends! I wanted to show you all some little Christmas-y activities we have been working on this week so far. First up, we read one of my all time fave holiday books…Moosletoe! After reading the story, each kiddo wrote a story about what makes their holiday so “perfectly perfect”! I LOVE how these turned out! Everything about this writing melts my heart….especially the last sentence 🙂 Next up, we summarized our weekly story by recalling the beginning, middle, and end with Mr. Rudolph himself. Although our story had NOTHING to do with Rudolph or even Christmas….this little activity got them SUPER excited to summarize their story this week. We are learning all about proper nouns this week, so I made this little craftivity to spruse things up a bit! This tree is one that I made for the kiddos to have as a visual. Under each ornament is an example of a proper noun for a person, place, or a thing. {Slate is our dog’s name}!! You can find these craftivities/activities above in my newest unit that I am pretty darn excited about {here}….or by clicking and of the pictures below 🙂 The first 2 to comment will get this little unit sent their way. Be sure to leave your email address. See you soon 🙂
