Happy Monday! Have you started back to school yet? My kids start back tomorrow and I am not ready! I love, love, LOVE the winter break and having my babies at home. We are already counting down the days until Spring Break! Ha! I have the cutest winter 2D shapes activities to share with you.
Winter 2D Shapes Activities
These Snowflake Winter Shapes include 2D shapes to create a unique snowflake along with a recording sheet to record shapes sides and vertices. I love how each student’s snowflake turns out different.
Students record how many of each shape they used in their snowflake as well as the attributes of each shape.
These can be used for a first day back from winter break activity, your shape unit, as a winter activity, a snow unit, a weather unit, or January unit! It’s the perfect way to add in some fun and creativity this month.
