Y’all. Today was the 100th Day of School. ‘Nuff said. I’m exhausted from all my partyin’!
I’m linking up with Doodle Bugs for her Five for Friday.
Although I am completely exhausted, we had a blast today celebrating our HUGE day! We all know party days can get a little crazy if we don’t stay on our toes! So, I introduced this incentive to my kiddos this morning. I told them that the harder we worked on all things 100, the quicker we get to pop one of our balloons!
We used GoNoodle KidBobz for our dance party! It was too fun! I’m clearly too old and too out of shape to try any type of kid invented dance moves! #lessonlearned
Do you use Kahoot? We used it this week for our quiz over contractions with ‘d and ‘ll. We also used it for balancing equations here. You don’t have to use it with iPads. You can have 1 player (you and the kids) and play it on your interactive board if iPads are not available.
My kiddos cannot get enough of our Dessert Tubs! They are loving the QR word problems! Dessert Tubs are perfect for your early finishers!
Sticky notes are my BFF! I always grab a few packs anytime I’m at Target. They are perfect for just about anything. This week I used the large 12×12 ones to anchor our learning on coin attributes.
….and if you know me, then you know I’m a sucker for a cute comfy tee. I came across Today is a Miracle shop and immediately fell in love the second I read the story behind her shirts. $5 goes back to the Cintinosis Research Network. Amazing.
It truly is a miracle to live each day. What a gift.
It’s time for pjs and cuddles! See you all next week!
