Have you heard TPT is having a Cyber Monday Sale??!?! Pretty sure my belly and I jumped right to the ceiling hootin’ and hollerin’ when I got the message from TPT. I am a sucker for buying things for my classroom….especially when another teacher makes them! I can’t wait to buy some things on my wish list! With Christmas just around the corner, the kiddos and I will get started right away getting our room decorated! We have our Family Math Night this week so I want to make sure winter activities are everywhere! Below are a few things we did last year, that I cannot wait to get started on soon. Mooseltoe is always a class favorite! Who wouldn’t love a moose with a mustache! 
I also loved how these funky trees looked hanging in our hallway last year! They were the perfect way to wrap up our learning about nouns. 
This is a sample that I made to show the kids. I looked all over this computer for the ones the kiddos made last year….no luck. The hubs decided to move my files to an external hard drive, and now things are just all over the place. #itsthethoughtthatcounts And hopefully we will have time to get this fun writing activity in this month as a response to the book Gingerbread Baby. Gingerbread Friends is also an adorable book to do this writing response with.
