There’s no tired like back to school tired, am I right?? Whew! If you’re gearing up for Apple Week, I have lots of apple activities that I want to share with you in hopes that it makes planning out your week much easier!
What I love about teaching within a theme unit is that you can cover TONS of standards and skills with one seamless theme!
Apple Journal: This journal makes apple learning a breeze because it keeps everything in one place. It includes pages for observing the outside and inside of an apple. It also includes labeling an apple, apple math, science, and taste test graphing. You could choose to do one page a day…or 2 a day…or however you want. Everything is stapled together to make a book so that your students can take it home in one nicely organized book at the end of your learning. Also, you could hang these in the room or on a bulletin board. So cute!
Labeling an Apple: This craft is very similar to my seed one from my Plant Unit. I absolutely love these! Not to mention that they make an adorable cute bulletin board display.
Apple States of Matter: Making applesauce is a GREAT way to teach states of matter!
