Last week we reviewed cause and effect with the story The Three Little Pigs by James Marshall. After listening to it, we listed the different causes and effects from the story and made these flip flaps.
After making the flip flaps, we glued them down to construction paper.
I had my students work in groups to complete the sorts, but each person in the group completed their own. I paired up a struggling reader with a higher reader.
We did directed drawings to create the pigs. I love how they turned out!
