Frog and Toad Activity

Frog and Toad Activity

Hello Spring! We had beautiful weather this weekend! We spent most of the weekend playing outside. It was wonderful. How is the weather where you’re at? Is it feeling like spring yet? I love this time of the year. So many fun thematic things that can be incorporated into learning standards! I’m sharing a new frog and toad activity to compare contrast frog and toads that can be used during your frog life cycle unit!

This can be used for prek, kindergarten, 1st grade, or even 2nd grade!

Depending on the level of your students, they can use the picture/word cards or write the facts that are the same and different for both amphibians.

If you’re in a time crunch, students can color the frog and toad blackline instead of building them!

You can find this activity HERE.

Here are a few non fiction books as well as some frog life cycle figures and magnets! They would be great to use during your lesson or in a station!

Click on any of the book covers below to take you directly to that book! (affiliate links)

Pin any of the images above!

Freebies can be found here and here!

Other compare and contrast venns can be found here or here!
