Happy Wednesday! We made it through the first official week of school. Whoohoo! I was very nervous about our little guy’s new routine, but he is loving it so far. He has always been a homebody (since the day we brought him home from the NICU) so going to school has been quite the accomplishment for him. So proud of him!
For today’s post I’m sharing September Writing Activities and Crafts for Fall. Y’all know how much I love these thematic writing sets. They can be used throughout the entire month and reused every single year. So, whether you’re teaching poetry, narrative, descriptive, expository, opinion, or just about any type of writing, there is an option for them all. There are also several different brainstorming templates as well.
I have been adding digital versions for Google Classroom™ and Seesaw™! You can find the current available sets here. The digital versions do not include the brainstorming templates; only the prompts and craft.
September Writing Activities and Crafts for Fall
Just like the other Write-tivities, there are 3 different versions of lines (single, double, and blank). You can see more of those here or here.
The blank templates are great for Kindergarten or for students to draw a picture/diagram or label.
Here’s a look at a few other templates and crafts that are included in September!
LOTS of options for the whole month!
There are 6 crafts and 36 different prompts included within the September Write-tivities. You can see all the prompts listed HERE.
Here is an example of the digital version. The craft pieces are interactive within Google Classroom™. For Seesaw™, the craft pieces are preset and students color them using the color tool. There are no preloaded or moveable pieces for Seesaw™. There are directions included on how to add the files to your Seesaw™ library.
You can find the Printable Write-tivities HERE and the Digital Write-tivities HERE.
