Happy Wednesday! I hope you are all having a great week; it’s almost to Friday! Whoohoo! I want to share my favorite 100th Day activities with y’all. If you’ve got your big day coming up, I hope these are helpful.
100th Day Activities
First up are STEM activities! These are just that – STEM activities in a station. One thing that I love about these is that they are so simple to prep.
All you need is that materials (there is a parent donation letter included), station sheet, and journal pages. Students can work together to construct one model together or each student in the group can construct their own – it just depends on how many materials you want to supply and your time.
These are very flexible so that they can work in any classroom!
You can READ ALL ABOUT THEM HERE.
– CRAFT ACTIVITY-
Ok, these are too precious! Students create a “bucket list” flip book and write about what they want to do or where they want to go before they are 100 years old. These are adorable displayed in the hallway or across your ceiling!
-PRINT AND GO PRINTABLES-
Here are several different printables for the 100th Day of School!
You can find all the activities from above in a bundle HERE for under $10.oo!
-FREEBIES + MORE-
…and if you’re needing a few free activities, here are several!
Students identify values of 100 and cut/paste onto a sentence strip to create a hat.
This is a great read aloud for the 100th Day of School. It is a great one for hitting the problem and solution standard. After reading, students could make a paper airplane with the problem / solution from the story using a t-chart and fly them around the room or outside for fun! The book is available on Amazon (affiliate link here), but you could also check your school and local library.
Here are a few more read aloud suggestions!
I’m sure some of these will be at your local or school library, but here are links to Amazon if you’re wanting to grab them for your personal library! (all contain affiliate links)
Oh, and if you celebrate the 120th Day of School rather than the 100th, I have some of these activities available in a 120 version!
